I have accounts with Hi-Finance, I have changed my bank from Nedbank to FNB, i notified them for their payment s go off via debit order.. i even went into the stores to change the details... they then kept on trying do debit the Nedbank account and after numerous telephonic conversations from my side asking them to debit the correct account they put me up as bad payer even though the problem was on their side not mine.. they would try the Nedbank account and then debit the FNB account and got their moneys.. i am now at fault and listed as handling the account wrongfully because they did not update their systems... i am now the one with the bad name on ITC because i did inform them of the banking detail change and they kept on deducting from the wrong account...
