Change of Banking Details

I am very dissapointed with the service that I receive from my way
I have been in Namibia for sometime now and My banking details have changed
I have been trying to change my banking details for the past 3 months

I have faxed My new banking details, but Miway is still debiting my old account
And as a result I have received a message saying that My insurance will be cancelled in 30 days
It is very expensive to call from Namibia and very difficult for me to do things from this side
Miway does not take initiative to update my details and debit on the right account, but instead I am suffering from their inconsistency
