Good day, i phoned cartrack in November and requested a unit to be fitted in the car. all was wonderful and the person that handled the call was brilliant. that is were the buck stopped. it was arrange that the unit will be fitted on the 3rd of December at about 8 am.
i got a call on the 3rd at 8h30 the morning asking were the area is that the vehicle is in and i told the installer that we picked up car problems and that i had to pull the engine and gearbox for replacement and that the vehicle is at home. he told me he is not sure if he can fit the unit in a car that is standing but will find out and call me back.
guess what... just like tracker. just like netstar. just like matrix. no one called back.
i am sick of the lack of service that vehicle tracking companies give their clients.
i want an answer please. are you going to install the unit in my car or not? if not just say so.
