It recently came to my attention that my Jlock system on my vehicle was not working. I phoned the call centre who tested the tracking unit. They gave me a location at which I was not. Long story short I was sent to the fitment centre where the unit was fitted (300kms from my home). When I got there a querry was not lodged even though Matrix call centre sent me there. After inspection the technician found that the unit registered on my contract is not the same unit fitted in my car. Phoned customare care who said I must speak to connections. Connections did not (the whole yesterday afternoon) and are not untill now picking up their phone. Meanwhile if something should happen to me or my vehicle they will be tracking the wrong vehicle!
