I PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE AT VW CONSTANTIA IN MAY 2013. THE PERSON DEALT WITH WAS AZARH CHOTIA SALES REP. HE REQUESTED A DEPOSITE AS IT WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER. HE ALSO THEN AT THE TIME CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS ALREADY A UNIT IN THE VEHICLE AND WE DONT HAVE TO INSTALL ONE. WE SIGNED FOR THE CONTRACT ON THE 20 MAY 2013 AND ONLY RECEIVED THE VEHICLE ON THE 28 MAY 2013 AS HE CONFIRMED THAT HE STILL NEEDS TO FIX THE VEHICLE. I THEN CONFIMED WITH TRACKER THAT THERE WAS ALREADY A UNIT INSTALLED ON THE 7 JULY 2011 AND THE FIRST OWNER INSTALLED A UNIT THEN, BUT VW AZARH BILLED ME FOR A BRAND NEW UNIT FOR R2535.08 AND PRORATA OF R509. I WILL LAY A CASE AGAINST THEM SHOULD I NOT RECIEVED THAT MONEY BACK FROM VW AND THE SERVICE WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS WAS THE WORSE SERVE EVER RECEIVED FROM VW SALES PERSON AND THE MANNER IN WHICH HE HANDLED IT, I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL AFTER I QUERIED THIS MATTER. THE CONTRACT SIGNED 20/05/13 THEY THEN INSTALL A UNIT OF THE 23/05/13 WHICH WE SPECIFICALLY SAID - DO NOT INSTALL A UNIT AS I WORK FOR A TRACKING COMPANY.
