PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Our alarm went off twice last night and no one responded!!! Called the call centre and was only put on hold for 30 minutes!!! PATHETIC FOR A SECURITY COMPANY!!! The call centre supervisor admits that no phone call was made when the alarm went off... will be cancelling my account.
