I cancelled my subscription with ADT in mid November to end at end December 2012. They never answer the phone, emails, etc. They have attempted to debit my account twice now, once at the end of Dec for January and once at the end of January for February. Fortunately I put a stop payment at my bank! I get sms's every two days to phone the call centre to test my alarm. How can I when they never answer the phone and seeing we changed to a different security company, we are no longer have an alarm with Adt? Also when we call someone out to give advice on the alarm system, they NEVER come back to us!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE.
