Lodge a compliant at ADT to come ad repair the alarm system that is currently malfunction. ADT then gave me a reference number 19722115 and promised to attend to the problem on 30 September 2013. this in the first place is 5 days later. what type of security is this that can only fix your alarm 5 day later leaving you vulnerable for 5 days. ( They do care a lot).
On Monday I missed one of their calls and immediately called back when I saw the missed call. The operator in the call centre informed me that the technicians is on site and busy repairing the alarm. Now this was almost funny as I was on the other line with my son who was at home and NO ADT STAFF WERE AT MY HOME. I informed the call centre guys that I am certainly not happy and demanded a time for them to attend the call. they were suppose to call me back within 15 minutes a call that I am still waiting for.
today I called the call centre again only to find out that the call has been closed and that they now have to book a new call. Now they can only come out on Thursday to fix the still malfunctioning alarm.
Then I have been informed that I have to pay a call fee of more that R 400-00 for this bad services.
