I am highly off at the service received or NOT received. On Sunday the 2nd Feb @ 11 55 I activated my alarm by means of a test. The call centre responded after 10 minutes.
I did another alarm test and it's currently 15 minutes and no call yet!!!
My house and all my belongings could have been carried out due to the long period of waiting on the call!!!
According to the lady that called it could be a signal problem, well it's now 18 minutes after my second test and still NO CALL!! '!!!
I want a manager to call me and have this problem rectified at ONCE as this is not what we signed up for!!!
