My alarm at the store has not been working sinse saterday morning. Ive been trying to get someone from cms to assist me, but up till now no one has contacted me. I especially asked if someone can lock with my manager last night and open the store with me in the morning, and caroline from the call centre said that they cant, but can only patrol. I had to get someone out myself to fix the alarm problem, wich was a error from cms product. This is pathetic service. The worse is trying last night to phone them, and the phone rang ten times. Isnt this suppose to be a professional security company, or are they also getting to big and cant assist customers in need. The reason we changed from adt is because of things like this, and its the second time. There will not be a third?
