ADT DELAYED SECURITY SERVICE

I am disgusted at the Service from ADT call centre agent and the supervisors, I had to Call my Security Company who was supposed to be monitoring my premises to tell them that there was an Alarm activation.
Alarm was activated at 10.53 and I called them at 11.15 to aks them to go out after my neighbours alerted me, The CCC agent say that they where busy calling me almost 20 minutes later... I aske for a supervisor to call me and after 1.30 min there was no response and then I callind in again and I am still waiting for a response. I called in this morning AND TO DATE NO ONE HAS CALLED. Is this the type of ser vice we are paying for. To guard and look after our property and belongings.
