No payment form company on owing funds

I've been making numerous calls with the company to get my money paid to me for the last 8 months now.
each time i phone the different call agents gives me a different story as to when i can get my money.
the last one told me that i will have my money with in 48 hours after i already submitted all my paper work, again today i phoned, and was told to expect the money with in 25 days, and this is the very same story i get told each time i phone.
the company is part of the Provident group, and goes under the name SALT Employee Benefits, number : 011 544 8300
