I signed up with ADT in October 2013. I started receive calls advising my alarm is going off, however i was t home & there was no such thing. It seemed the radio was connected in such a way that everytime I armed the alarm, ADT would get a single that alarm is going off. I advised them it took them 2 weeks to send somebody out. After which it still continued, and then it took them another week to come out. I was told the problem was solved. A week later I decided to test the alarm & panic buttons, there was no response. I called ADT and enquired why nobody called, they advised they had not received a signal. I called the technical department to advise them this morning, they tell me earliest is Monday they can send somebody out is Monday. I advised this is an emergency, as there is no armed response, to which the response was to get someone today will cost me a call out fee, even if was there error. I am totally disgusted with them.
