I have been trying to reach customer service every alternate day for over 2 weeks however, upon selecting the customer service option, I am always just put on hold. I hold for up to 10 minutes & eventually hang up because it is so frustrating! I urgently need to give through my new credit card details as my debit order has not gone out this month as a result of my receiving a new card from the bank. I cannot get through neither has anybody from Netstar contacted me in this regard. This is really poor service in my opinion & will have to seriously consider upon expiry of my contract whether to continue using your services. I am really very disappointed.
