I want to cancel my policy with Netstar ASAP but I contacted the customer call line on 18 Nov - held on to try speak to someone but after no one took my call while holding on for 35 minutes I had to end my call. I have now again tried to contact the customer care line. I even went on to the website to make sure I have the correct details but no one answers your call. You just hold on listen to irritating music and hear the voice telling you please hold on we are experiencing high call volumes. No please I am not falling for that.
