I cancelled a contract by registered letter on 3 May 2013. The letter was received by the company on 13 May 2013. The cancellation period is one calender month. I am still being debited!
Contacting Altech Netstar is futile as emails nor telephone calls are answered (waited 30 minutes to reach customer service and rung off). This is a really bad show and I want to warn all and sundrie to think twice before doing business with this company.
Shame on you Altech Netstar.
