Systems down

I have had the Cybersleuth Supreme in my vehicle for 3 months and for the past 3 weeks, their systems have been down. I phone and have to hold for an average of 10 minutes each time. Just to be told the systems are down again. A supervisor Lorrain was going to phone me back yesterday, I am still waiting. Are they going to give me a refund? I thought Altech was a reputable company. NOT. There is no reasonable explanation. Useless. Please be warned.
