After my below mentioned message I was assured that I will be contacted and that they will attend to the problem another week passed. I still receive sms's that I owe them money! seriously PATHETIC!!! I have no idea how this works! My next step will be carte blanche seen as nothing is happening from netstar's side!! PATHETIC SERIOUSLY PATHETIC!!!
I used to pay R200 for my netstar pm. My previous insurance wanted me to have this system in my vehicle and i can not cancel it.
Now all of the sudden I am paying R400 pm and get messages that the transaction did not go trough (which did) and that i owe them R600.
This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen in my life. I have tried to phone and was kept on hold for 18min, I have tried to contact them via email as well but no reply after a week.
I desperately want this system canceled!
I hope people thinking of getting netstar see this comment and refrain from using their service!!
