Don't believe their adverts saying free installation, free for 3 months. 2 weeks in, they charged my account. Tried to cancel the subscription, and first they said yes, and then they refused, referring to some bogus clause on a contract I never signed or saw?? They are! And don't bother trying to call their contact centre. The ppl who answer don't know their a from their elbow. Giving one false statement after another.
Another thing: hope you have life insurance, because a 2am alarm will result in no phone calls with security passwords: all you get is a piece of paper stuck in your gate. Nice one! After being stabbed in my house and fighting off the myself, let's install a useless security company who can't protect me and my little kids. Maybe I can get my money back by selling the radio uplink? Anyone interested??
