Following a burglary we discovered the security gate and door had been damaged leading to an obvious security risk. Following a quote from Trellidor on Monday and explaining the urgency of the matter we asked when they could install the gate, the answer was that they could install it by Friday.
We paid a 70% deposit and urged them to install the security gate ASAP. Now that they have their money the answer is that they have no stock and limited staff to do the installation.
This is unacceptable, if you provide security gates, surely you need to provide a service that provides security and that means prompt installation.
