My key got stuck in my security gate at 7.30pm at night, so I had to break the security date to get into my house. As I was going away the next day I urgently needed to replace the gate before I left on my trip.

I was told that a customised Trellidor or Xpanda would take about 2 weeks to install, but I could not be without a security gate for that long, so contacted Xpanda directly and was lucky enough to deal with Sugen Govender, who responded promptly to my queries and said that if I would go with a stock item, he would make a plan to get the Security gate installed before I left on my trip.

Quote was sent through in an hour and they will be arriving to install the security gate within 3 hours of my first phone call! That is what I call great customer service!!!
