I took out a contract with Citi protection in Late September 2013 due to me being the new business owner, I cancelled Chubb and wanted my own security company.. I paid the radio licence fee and signed a contract which allowed me 2 months free membership. It took Citi protection almost 2 weeks before they could come out and activate the radio link. AFTER numerous emails and phone calls. after 2 weeks of activation -the alarm would go off every nightI called numerous times but no1 came to fix the alarm!! after another week or so the alarm suddenly deactivated itself and my premises was left unprotected!! I called and emailed and did everything I could to get CITIPROTECTION to fix the alarm, they did nothing! When I contacted thier technical department and asked them who would be liable should there be a break in- I wfinally I sent them a letter and cancelled my contract- DUE to non service. NOW THEY HAVE LISTED ME ON ITC and I have a bill OF R15757.63 that I need to pay thier lawyers!! this is daylight. I have all of my emails to citprotection asking them to fix the alarm before I cancelled! I CANCELLED BECAUSE OF NONSERVICE AND NOW THEY HAND ME OVER!!! WORST SECURITY EVER
