Due to the escalating crime in my area, a sales rep from ADT Security came by to my residence selling me an alarm system.
The rep confirmed that my premium was R285. After installation I receive an invoice for R785. R285 premium R500 installation. To my shock I tried to get ahold of this REP over 2months now and he hasnt called me. The R285 has gone off from my account but ADT needed the R500 cash. I left messages at your offices 3 times now, I tried the installation company, but this rep or anyone in this organisation failed to call me. The rep hasn't once called me to ask me if I was happy with this service rendered.
I was told that I will receive 1 month free alarm, but I got billed from the start for this security. Now I receive an sms saying I owe R200 .
I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT AN INSTALLATION FEE!!!
I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE FREE SECURITY FOR A MONTH WHICH IS TOTAL AS I HAVE PAID FROM THE FIRST MONTH.
ADT I WANT YOU TO CANCEL THIS ASAP. I SIGNED FOR R285 PER MONTH. I DID NOT SIGN OR VERBALLY AGREE TO PAY AN INSTALLATION FEE!
