After my complaint last week, a lady called me from Head office promising someone from Pinetown's management would call me. I have not heard one word even after calling head office and leaving a message for someone to get back to me. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by Adt's lack of service. I think I deserve better since I have been a client for over 10 years and currently have 2 properties under Adt's service.
