ADT Security failes to deliver!

ADT refuses to refund me after billing me for 4 years of a cancelled subscription 4 years on one of my properties.
I have been a client of theirs for more than 20 years, and a client with more than 5 properties & 2 of them existing business for many years. I sold a property in the year 2009. on the 1st of August 2009 I sent a cancellation letter by fax as requested to & called the office prior to my cancellation of the subscription of their services. Today their are more than 47 deductions of my account for the same property that I sold in 2009. I have 4 more properties linked to this account which I checked recently with enquiry of the high premiums I was paying & to my surprise I was still getting billed for a property I sold 4 years ago.
I called their offices on the 11th, 12th, & 13th of June 2013 with an expectancy that someone would give me feedback on this issue form their accounts department, but nobody did. I eventually called the offices in Capetown South Africa, directed to me as their office. I got a call from a lady who told that I will not be refunded. No Manager in the accounts department got back to me till today. I am disappointed with their service. Dr. RJ Sing
