I requested that a tracker unit be deactivated in one vehicle and reconnected and activated in a new vehicle. first they wanted to charge me an installation fee again of R1000 and a flipped out saying NO WAYS!!! if this is how they treat their clients then i'd rather cancel with them all together. so one call center bright spark says they will speak to supervisor and get back to me--- this happened and on top of it they have again debited my account for a unit that isnt even active!!!
