I logged a complaint on TTS Samsung and Samsung head office regarding my Galaxy SIII. I wasn't getting feedback from either of them for 3 weeks. So, after that, Friday, I get a call from head office to say that I will be contacted regarding receiving a new phone with new guarantee first thing Monday morning... and guess what, I'm still waiting. I know it's only Tuesday, but it's a short week, which means I probably won't get my phone this week. It's almost been 4 weeks. Don't tell a customer you going to do something if you not going to be true to your word. I'm so annoyed, will not buy another Samsung product, just because of this.
