PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM MTN HEAD OFFICE URGENTLY CONTACT ME REGARDING MY CASE. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. I posted a complaint, missed the call which was obviously off a private number, and in a message told to contact you contact centre - I refuse to do this as they do not know how to handle the situation. Your department is useless. If you can't get hold of me, as i am in and out of meetings then please leave a contact number and name that i can phone back directly. Best time to call is 1pm.
