Lack of feedback and assistance

I have been trying for more than 2 months to get a settlement for an FNB account with the breakdown of the charges and have had absolutely no joy. The lack of feedback in this regard is shocking. I have made numerous calls, sent numerous emails and even logged a complaint on their complaints system over a week ago and have had absolutely no feedback.
