No Assistance as promised for prior complaint

This is a follow up to incident reported on the 7th March (LG RH 278H) DVD HDD Recorder. LG responded to prior complaint and in fact even got a lady to contact me the following week promising feedback regarding the issue.
Needless to say that was the last I ever heard from LG.
Your LIP SERVICE is pathetic.
