Good day
i have been dealing with netstar for close to 4 years now and i have 3 of the vehicles fitted with the tracking unit
recently i traded my wife's vehicle in august and had to change my bank details in september not realizing that the debit order is still going off, i was told by netstars recommended fitting company that i must pay in R1000.00 to remove and install the tracking unit in my new vehicle and still be on a new contract
but to cancel the contract it will be R1600
i requested a manager to call me, but there was no one that called
i received a call today regarding the cancellation, the lady was polite and explained the process, but what i explained is that i was not told about the additional charges, she advised that its not for netstar to explain to any customer about the process
that is not how a company is should do business, just because of a sale they do not disclose important facts
i have spoken to a few people and they did not know about this
how many other people are your company doing this too?
do i have to get my lawyer involved and get the newspapers involved as well?
