I had an account with cartrack of which the payments were supposed to be debited from my account and as far as i knew the payments were being made only to find out a few months later that they were not going through and noone bothered to let me know until i got a letter telling me that the account is cancelled. now suddenly i am getting calls from some law company telling me cartrack has listed me that i owe them.
I refuse to pay any money as i have proof that the account was cancelled. please assist.
