My bank account debited incorrectly

I bought an alarm from ADT at the end of September & had to pay >R3000 before it could be installed. This payment was made & the alarm installed. I was informed by the sale rep that the first two months are free & payment, of around R250, would start 1.12.2013.
However, I received a statement earlier this month informing me that an amount of R2900 was due. When I called ADT a few days after getting the statement I was told this was a mistake & that I should ignore the statement I received; they could see the payment I made. But, on 25.11.2013 my account was debited for this amount.
When I called ADT on Tuesday morning, the 26th Nov Taryn told me the person who deals with my account will contact me before the end of the day. I was informed of a radio fee that would also go off on the 1st. I was not informed of this when I bought the alarm either. To date I have heard from no-one at ADT re my refund. I told Taryn that I needed this money back in my account ASAP because other debits would go off & I would be out of pocket & debits would bounce. She assured my the lady who deals with my account in JHB will contact me before the close of business on Tuesday. I am still waiting.
