Finally I have been informed that I can pay ADT at Pay@ and not Easypay. I communicated with thr accounts department amd arranged a 6 month pay period. My account had fallen to arrears because of the Pay@ issue. This month I gave notice and was informed that my debit order arrangement was too late... really... I have repeately asked for an invoice atill wiating. No one is able to provide clarity that if I am no longer have a house monitoring service whether I can still keep the FindU service I am waiting
