Statement of Account incorrect

We paid for our move on the 17th of July 2013, however we received a Statement of Account with this payment amount outstanding?

I still don't believe that we should have even have been charged for what was the most ridiculous scheduling in history (we finally had our alarm installed at our new Offices the following week Tuesday when it was supposed to have been scheduled for the Friday beforehand.

Can you please let me know who we can speak to about having our Statement of Account updated before we are debited at month end for something we have already paid for.

Your Sales Consultants really let ADT down. Its such a pity.
