REFUND REQUIRED URGENTLY PLEASE

I received my April/ May statement (09/03/2013-08/04/2013) on the 3rd of May. I already made a payment of R380 to Maravedi at the end of April as I was informed by a guy from the accounts department at the end of March that the payments should be made before or on the 1st of each month. When I checked my statement, I noticed that on (08/04/2013) Maravedi was already owing me an amount of R285-55.I then called Customer Services and was assisted by a lady with the name of Khensani. She informed me that my account was in credit with the amount of R660. I then requested that the amount should be refunded back to my bank account as I was wrongly informed by the guy from the accounts department of the amount that I still owed them.(I was informed that I needed to pay R600 at the start of April and another R380 at the end of April)- as I received both my last statements very late. She told me that their system is working with a 4 day delay. After I got upset, she requested that I should fax 3 months' bank statements to her-don't see why this is necessary. I need this resolved asap, as it is not my fault if their acc dept gives out the incorrect info to people.
