New customer chaos

We are trying to move over to CMS.
Although the alarm has been connected to them; we are still missing a gate receiver & a CMS board as per the quotation.
The invoice also differs from the quotation.
It took more than a week to set up a password for alarm activation.
At this moment - not very happy.
