I had agreed with Tracker to install their device on my car, but they did not honor appointment. I went to the place to install it, but their technician did not arrive on time and I was told, after calling the helpline, that he is running late and will be there at 9.30, when the appointment time was at 8am. I am so dissatisfied with the service not received and the level of unprofessionalism exercised. If you are unable to honor an appointment, what guarantee is there that the vehicle will be tracked on time? I had already signed up and the installment will go through this month, but I would like to cancel this immediately.
