On the 26th of Nov 2013 my alarm was repaired by the ADT technician and was paid! and on the 28th Nov 2013 the very same alarm was damaged by lightning and I reported and was reassured that it will repaired. An ADT technician came on the 4th of Dec 13 and left a quotation of R2590, 53 which we accepted, on the 18th instead of repairing the alarm he left another quotation o fR3302, 81 including labour and vat and came the foll owing day to repair the alarm after complaining why the alarmwasnot fixed as per arrangement. I signed that the payme.nt be debited on my account
Instead of debating the amount the amount of debatingR3302.81 that was quoted they debited R4042.94.Ihave already called ADT 3 times inquire and request a refund they keep promising to call me back of which they never did
When asking for answers they tell things that do not make sense which clearly indicate that was committed on my acccount.
Because they quoted us twice why did they choose the highest quote.?
