On 2013-10-14 I signed a contract with ADT for armed response and monitoring at my residence. The sales representative was Angeline Maart.
The initial agreement was that I receive the first two months free service, and the monthly premium would be R285 per month.
On 2013-10-16 Angeline gave me a better offer which entailed that I would receive three months free service and the monthly premium go down to R265 per month.
Angeline confirmed this on 2013-10-16: "I confirm what you have provided on the email, i will scan and send amended contract."
From 2013-10-18 I continuously asked Angeline via email what the progress was on the amended contract, and every time she replied that she will get back to me because she is not at the office every day and she is still waiting for the amended contract.
On 2013-10-28 I send her an email to cancel everything as I was not happy with her service and that it seemed that once I signed her contract, the after sale service went down the drain.
I have already re-instated my service with Chubb and I don't want anything to do with ADT.
I want the cancellation of the contract in writing from ADT.
