I am disgusted with the service I received from Game Key West Krugersdorp! I bought a Trojan Image350 on the 07/06/2012 for R3499.In Dec I used it for the 10thtime and it broke! This is unacceptable! How can you trust a Brand Name product that works for only 10 days and then breaks! I went to Game in January 2013 and spoke to Angeline Mphele who then told me that I should bring it back once I found the Tillslip, even though I bought it on my acc. It was not enough proof, and they will then refund me! I searched for the slip and took it back 01.03.2013-I was told by another Consultant that I need to send it to the repair centre and that they will not refund me. I then told them what Angeline said. I do not want this equipment repaired or replaced, as I won't take a chance with any Trojan equipment! They then said that it is the only way and even though Angeline said that I would get a refund I can't. They took it and said they will send it to repairs. I am highly upset, due to lack of service I've made a decision to close my acc, I will not be affiliated with a store acc where there is absolutely no service! Take responsibility for your actions and consultants! Very poor service! Get back to me ASAP
