I took over a contract with a car I bought. I asked up front when the contract expires and the answer was 30/09/2013. I sent an email on 21 June 2013 to find out the cancelation procedure and confirm the date. The response was that I must send an email end August to cancellations and the contract expires 30/09/2013. I then send the mail and I get a response that the contract is 48 months and has not yet expired. I then email back and get no response. I phone and they tell me now that it expires end on October. The system has stopped working 8 months ago and I did not bother trying to get it fixed again as this company is useless.
I am now waiting for a manager Elroy to come back to me.
