I have an account query regarding a call out made by ADT, from end of March 2013, after I had vacated the property in question. I phone through to account queries every month as I receive the statement. I have been told several times that there is a problem and that I am not responsible for paying as I did not authorise the call out. Every time I phone I am told that someone will phone me back that same day and it will be sorted out. I am yet to receive a phone call back. I have also e-mailed ADT and received no response. I also request to speak to a manager each time I phone but I am told that they are not available. This week alone I have contacted ADT 3 times. I tried 4 times this morning to get through to the accounts department. One phone call lasted 34 minutes and no-one answered the phone. What is going on?? Will this ever be resolved??
