I really need your help with this.
I have open a data contract with cellc (R99/2G) in September 2012 from FNB, my request was that if I get to R99 it should be stopped. I have phone cellc call centre a number of times I was given a references number 2100500578 (MPHO MOLOPFANE) to say that the problem have been sorted, that was the first month, a month later I receive a bill over the amount that was agreed upon I phone the call centre to ask what is going on, every time I was told that is the wrong department and given a number to phone just to find out that was the wrong department too. I have been up and down with this contract and it seems that no one will help me to sort out the problem. Last month I was charge R157 instead of R99 I phone the call centre to find out what is going on again, I was told someone will call me to sort out the problem that was two to three week ago, today someone phone me from cellc (FAITH CELE) to tell me that they are going to suspend my service due to no payment receive but they have taken R157 from my account, and on top of that they told me that they are deducting from account that I closed last year.
