No One attend to my queries

For the last few weeks my alarm, has not been working, I had tested my alarm with the ADT call centre on Wednesday, I have written emailed numerous requests to ADT, made numerous phone calls, nobody responds to my emails, My sales assistant Ahmed, says he will try and assist but I don't get any calls from the technical centre advising when they would attend to the repairs.

I am still paying my premium, and the safety of my family is in the hands of a company that is taking my subscription, but not providing the service, if any harm or danger befalls me or my family, ADT will be personally held accountable.
