NO CALL AFTER ALARM

At aprox 03:00AM this morning our house alarm went off - I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL??!!

Aprox 4 weeks back alarm went off whilst we were out - we arrived home, switched alarm off, 40 MINUTES LATER received a call - excuse: oh sorry - we're busy (this also proves that ADT was indeed receiving our signal at that time - so this cannot be a signal problem)... I also took this opportunity to update our contact details

At the moment i'm contacting other security companies as our SAFETY is clearly not a priority to ADT
