Still haven't fixed the problem

I find this extremely strange. 1 - My electrician accidentally cuts a wire and I have to get a zone fixed. I takes 1 day for the ADT to come fix the problem. 2 - ADT installs a siren in my roof that alerts me when I activate & deactivate my Alarm - I NEVER asked for this. My Alarm is a Manual Alarm so I know when I am Arming & Disarming my Alarm. I complained immediately and it has taken nearly 3 weeks for a response. 3 - My alarm was activated yesterday and there was no reaction from ADT. I activated my alarm again this morning and stilll no reaction. I found out this morning that you are no longer receiving a signal from my house. I will NOT be paying invoice 245124 and DO NOT debit my account until you have sorted out this problem.
