We have been notified by ADT that our Services have been Suspended for Non-Payment... I have been sending emails with Proof of Payment, we have been in to see you people with all the proof and we have tried to speak to your call centre!!! Can anyone at ADT call us to sort this out??? On our latest statement it shows the credits but then are removed again... It's NOT that hard, just credit the amount we paid and leave it there... 6 Months to try sort out such a simple thing. I hope this report will get a MANAGER to call me!!
