I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life like I am with altech.
from the guys that installed my system in my new car, so altech's call centre. I have been paying on a monthly basis for zero service and zero protection. The other day i pressed my panic button and was called approximately 8 hours late. Enough time for anyone to exit the country if they wanted to.
when i spoke to the agent they apologised for not calling- well its just not good enough!!!
today i pressed my panic button and no one has called yet. I called after 2.5 hours, again the assistant apologized and was stupid enough to ask me if i mind waiting on the line for a minute. they said they did get the alarm, but they apologised for not calling.
I COULD BE DEAD! How can you offer such a useless service
