ADT - Very Bad service and

I contacted ADTon 12 dec 2012, they arrived there quickly and the deal was signed and sealed within a matter of time with a promise to install friday the 14th. On Friday they had all kinds of excuses, however my deposit off R 210.00 was paid already on the 11th. I told them if installation is not on Friday then the contract is cancelled. No show on friday. Tuesday the 18th I then cancelled the contract in writing to the sales consultant Mr. David Mnisi and he replied he will give it through to his management. Same day after 5 they phoned me to come and install the service. I have told them that the contract is cancelled. No installation done.
Since the 18th I sent numerous e-mails to Mr. Mnisi asking to pay my deposit back. No reply, on the 9th of January he said that he sent matter through to credit controller. Haven't heard a thing yet.
On 25th January the debit order for R 374.00 went through my bank account.
Now I paid R 584.00 for services I never received and was cancelled in writing.
I sent e-mail again - No answer yet.

Still no reply of phone call from any person at ADT...??? I do need help in this regard.
